Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE)
Location: Hampshire & West Sussex
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days office-based per week)
Full Remuneration Package: £65,000 - £75,000
An established and growing regional law firm is seeking a Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its busy and well-supported Private Client department across its Hampshire and West Sussex offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong private client solicitor looking to join a firm with a transparent bonus structure, strong training culture, and genuine long-term progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters with full administrative support, including:
* Drafting Wills
* Probate and estate administration
* Trust creation and administration
* Estate and succession planning
* Advising high-net-worth and elderly clients
You will work collaboratively across both offices, with a designated base office.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in Private Client
* Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
* Confident managing clients professionally with high levels of client care
* Ideally STEP qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification (supported by the firm)
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
