About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team in a key administrative role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with substantial experience in a comparable setting who is confident managing complex information and working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will take responsibility for maintaining and updating detailed record systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency at all times. You will use your initiative and sound judgement to handle day-to-day challenges, resolving issues independently and contributing to the smooth running of the service.
A strong understanding of Data Protection requirements is essential, as you will regularly handle sensitive and confidential information. You will also be expected to interpret regulations and organisational policies, translating them into clear, practical advice and guidance for colleagues and service users.
About you
We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in a comparable environment who can confidently manage complex records, communicate effectively, and support a busy service with professionalism and accuracy.
In this role, you’ll use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with staff, students and external partners at all levels. You will have strong report-writing abilities, deliver high-quality customer service, and respond effectively to a wide range of enquiries.
You will be confident working with IT systems, including the full Microsoft Office suite, and able to analyse information, present findings, and contribute to improving processes and resolving problems. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will help you manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain the accuracy of important records.
The role requires a flexible and positive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, work collaboratively with colleagues, and operate with discretion, diplomacy and professionalism. You will be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and comfortable generating your own workload while also being a supportive member of the team.
