Store Manager – Menswear

The Role: We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our Cardiff location.
Key Responsibilities
* Run the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture.
* Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently.
Profile & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or Store Manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear.
* Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
* A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring.
