Overview
As Sous Chef you’ll be right in the action, second in command to our Head Chef and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
Responsibilities
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
* Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
* Accountable for running the line during service
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
Qualifications
* Previous experience as Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Commis Chef in a branded or similar kitchen
* Strong leadership and team‑management skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
* Commitment to high food and service standards
* Positive, inclusive attitude towards personality and diversity
