Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, you'll manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including Pensions, Life Insurance, Income Protection, Group Risk, Group Healthcare, and Flexible Benefits.

* coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefit schemes
* update member data, process renewals, manage claims data, and maintain communication materials
* respond to client and member queries promptly and accurately
* train and coach developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth
* build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers
* ensure all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
What we're looking for:
* minimum three years' experience in an employee benefits-related role
* proven experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits
* experience dealing with a range of SME and corporate clients
* ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
* proactive approach with ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
* positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* ambition for career progression within employee benefits
