We are currently seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning journeys and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Working closely with class teachers to enhance the learning experience for all pupils or even work on a 1:1 basis with a student.
* Providing targeted support to individual children or small groups, including those with additional learning needs, can vary depending on disability.
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience in learners.
* Helping to prepare engaging resources and maintain a vibrant classroom atmosphere, and follow the curriculum.
* Supporting behaviour management and contributing to a calm and respectful learning environment.

* A warm, patient, and positive individual who genuinely enjoys working with children.
* Experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* You have a passion for making a difference and like to help others to improve their understanding and improve development.
