Maintenance Plumber with Water Hygiene – covering North-West
Up to £30000-£34000 + Benefits + Vehicle
North-West based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their Northern team and currently require a newly qualified Maintenance Plumber ideally with knowledge of water hygiene to work on commercial sites in the North-West and towards the Midlands.
Key duties for the Maintenance Plumber will include:
* Working on plant/tank rooms undertaking leak detection on tanks/pipes and repairing/replacing any mains pipework.
* Resolving other maintenance focussed plumbing issues including TMV install/replace, removal of deadlegs and replacing float valves.
* Investigating and resolving any emergency plumbing issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the site.
* Ensuring all sites are compliant and in lines with HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
* Maintaining site logbooks and highlighting recommendations for future work.
To apply for the Maintenance Plumber role the following experience is required.
* Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (Diploma or NVQ).
* Have ideally worked on commercial sites in the past including – offices, health care and education.
* Full driving license (essential)
* DBS checked (enhanced preferred)
