Senior Lettings Manager - Woking
Salary: Basic £33K OTE £55K

Basic salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
OTE (On Target Earnings): £55,000

Requirements for Senior Lettings Manager role:
Full UK Driving License and personal vehicle
Prior managerial experience in lettings and valuation
ARLA Qualification preferred (though not mandatory)
Demonstrated results-driven approach with a solid track record
Strong work ethic aimed at surpassing set targets
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Capacity to attract new clientele to the business
Skilled in understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences
