\nThis property litigation solicitor role will see you advise on a broad range of matters. This will include restrictive covenants, security of tenure and lease renewals, dilapidations matters, break notices, judicial review proceedings and recovery of arrears. The client list is well established and you can expect to enjoy working closely with key clients.

\nWhat you'll need to succeed

\nYou should be a property litigation lawyer with 4-6 years' pqe. With well rounded technical skills, you will be a good communicator who can build effective long-term relationships with clients.
