We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our excellent Behaviour Support team and to lead our Lunchtime team to ensure the whole lunchtime experience is as positive as possible for the children. About the Candidate We are looking for applicants who: Can oversee the care, safety, welfare and supervision of children during the lunch break, in the playground, dining hall and other areas, ensuring the whole lunchtime experience is as positive as possible for the children Is able to build positive relationships with adults and children and be able to lead a small team using clear, firm and fair communication Has a calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to managing behaviour Has a good understanding of SEMH and SEND strategies Will promote emotional regulation and positive social interactions among pupils Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff Is willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community Has at a minimum: Level 3 Education and Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification About Us We can offer you: Excellent CPD opportunities both externally and through our Trust of 7 schools Opportunities to develop your own teaching skills and to contribute to whole school priorities Welcoming and enthusiastic children and staff We require candidates with a minimum of Level 3 Education and Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
