Order & Stock Administrator (Temporary 6-Month Contract) Location: Canning Town Salary: Competitive, DOE About the Company: Our client, is the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, with operations across North America and Europe. The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Stock Administrator to manage the flow of order information, support stock accuracy, and maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and logistics providers. This is a temporary 6-month contract role. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for order information from receipt to delivery Process and update orders, including changes to quantities and delivery dates Handle queries related to product codes, pricing, and stock availability Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) to resolve delivery issues such as shortages and discrepancies Support stock management processes and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Excel Assist with planning support activities, including forecasting and product receipt documentation Monitor and communicate key customer service indicators Prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment What You'll Need: Experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role Strong understanding of stock management and order processing Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Minimum GCSE-level education or equivalent Core Competencies: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving and proactive approach Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities Why Work with Adecco? 20 days annual leave 8 bank holidays "Perks at Work" - Discounts and rewards 24/7 support helpline Eye care vouchers Competitive pension schemeWhy Join?
