Job Description:
In this role, you will play a significant role in driving automation and simplification to Identity & Access Management (IAM) within VMO2, while handling efficiencies of the day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the Head of Enterprise IT, you will define, develop, and be responsible for the IAM strategy. You will work alongside strategic partners to help drive automation of our complex estate, while improving the overall Employee Experience. You will also maintain the operational excellence of our IAM systems, services, and fulfilment, leading the availability of our systems, services, and resources. Ensuring resilience is in place for business continuity, while owning the security and continuous development of your responsible area.
You'll be responsible for ensuring programmes are delivered on time and of quality and ensure 3rd party vendors/suppliers are providing VMO2 a high-quality service. In addition, you will be encouraged to interact with the LG and TEF Organisations who provide services to VMO2.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Proven leader with a track record of redefining and operating a sophisticated IDAM estate in a large organisation
* Proven experience and understanding of SAML/SCIM and driving a security-first approach to IDAM
* Technical understanding of technologies such as Okta, Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, One Identity, Pirean, Ping Identity
* Professional certification such as CIAM or CIMP is highly desirable
* Experience in M&A’s and consolidating platforms to streamline the identity and access management estate
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring:
* Experience in process improvement and automation in User Lifecycle management
* Experience working with HR to enhance the JML experience for large corporate users
* Experience developing and deploying RBAC, with examples of its evolution (self-service, JML)
