We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant for a rewarding full-time role at a well-regarded primary school in Cambridge

1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroomInclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environmentClassroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailoring learning materialsImmediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away!About the School

Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needsBehaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour in a calm and supportive mannerExperience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment would be beneficialPassion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young livesCompliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check*All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
