Core Responsibilities
* Supervise Whole Classes during the short:term absence of the assigned teacher.
* Deliver Pre:Prepared Lesson Materials as set by the absent teacher.
* Manage Classroom Behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.
* Promote Student Engagement and encourage task completion.
* Respond to Student Queries to support their understanding of the pre:set work.
* Report Back Accurately to the regular teacher on work covered, student progress, and any notable issues.
* Implement the Schools Behavioural Policy fairly and consistently.
* Ensure the Safety and Welfare of students in the classroom at all times.
* Complete Basic Administrative Tasks related to the lesson, such as taking the register.
* Maintain a Tidy and Organised Classroom environment upon lesson completion.
