Sales & Renewals Executive
Join Hometree in Stoke-on-Trent as a permanent Sales & Renewals Executive. The role reports to the Director of Customer Operations and is based in our office Monday‑Friday.
Salary: £25,400 basic plus up to 50% bonus (plus benefits).

Role Overview
As a Sales & Renewals Executive you will manage inbound sales inquiries and handle plan renewals, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth in a fast‑paced contact centre environment.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries, providing relevant information to facilitate decision‑making.
* Assist existing customers with plan renewals, answering questions and highlighting new features to encourage continuation.
* Meet or exceed set targets for new sales and renewals, contributing to overall team success.
* Deliver excellent customer service, enhancing the customer experience and building loyalty.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness of Hometree’s products, services and market positioning.
* Adapt to changing customer needs, sales tactics and operational requirements in a high‑volume environment.
* Collaborate with sales team and managers to improve sales strategies and customer service practices.
* Use internal CRM and sales tools to log interactions, update records and track progress toward goals.
* Stay current on product offerings, company updates and industry trends to remain knowledgeable.
Qualifications & Skills
* Self‑motivated, confident, and passionate about sales and customer service.
* Strong communication skills with a clear telephone manner and good written communication.
* Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume environment.
* Quick learner who can adapt approach and thrive under pressure.
Recruitment Process
* Initial Call: Introductory call with Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 mins).
* Skills‑Based Interview: Detailed discussion with Director of Customer Operations (1 hr).
* Final Interview: Meet with Senior Sales Leadership and review role fit.
