What you’ll do:
* Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team with a visible floor presence
* Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow
* Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
* Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
* Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day
