The role
The Finance Manager (FP&A) will be accountable for managing the delivery of planning, reporting and analysis activities within FP&A. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement with the business to ensure the delivery of insightful management and strategic reporting. This role will also look to identify areas for continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems, in terms of both quality and efficiency, and facilitate automation where feasible.

The person
The successful candidate will have the ability to co-ordinate financial planning processes and their production, ensuring financial rigour. You will have a track record of meeting stakeholder requirements by ensuring that reporting principles and governance are adhered to. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel to enable you to effectively produce relevant reports and analysis within FP&A.
We are looking for someone who can build collaborative and trusted relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across all areas and levels within the business. We are looking for an individual who is self-directed and can take ownership of tasks, who’s keen to role model a positive can-do attitude and high standards in delivery.
Our values of integrity, community and alignment are the guiding principles that influence our behaviour. They help us make decisions and shape our relationships with others.
