Job Title: Production Operatives

Location: Wellingborough

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may include weekend working during busy periods)

Quest Employment seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives for our client based in Wellingborough, who are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Ensuring production targets are met.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Assisting with shipping orders.

Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identifying and reporting defects or issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
