- Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
- You will also support more senior members of the team with more complex matters
- You will advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
- It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
