Now we're looking for a dynamic Section Manager Production to join our high-flying team!

What You'll Do:
* Own financial accountability for your section (labour, materials, budgets)
* Maintain master production schedules and crush quality KPIs
* Champion health & safety, food safety, and security compliance
* Resolve challenges with top-tier communication and negotiation skills
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives that actually make a difference
What We're Looking For:
* Proven management experience in fast-paced food production or similar environments
* Degree or equivalent experience in operations/logistics
* Food hygiene and health & safety expertise
* NEBOSH/Food Safety certification (preferred)
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge (bonus!)
* Strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude
