Spire Little Aston Hospital has an exciting full time opportunity for an Oncology Pharmacists to join our excellent team in the Day Case Chemo Unit.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology for the provision of
2. Assess the health and well-being of patients whose needs may be complex and changing
3. Discuss, agree, and explain responsibilities for assessment of patients with the clinical
4. Plan, deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet patient’s health and wellbeing needs
5. Responding to clinical and non-clinical queries
Chemotherapy treatment
within the context of their medicines
team, with specific reference to the patient’s pharmaceutical needs and oncology medication
Who we're looking for:
6. Degree or its equivalent in Pharmacy
7. Current GPhC registration with no restriction on practice
8. Must have at least 1 year oncology or acute hospital experience
9. Non-medical prescriber is desirable but not essential
