Job Summary
As a Scheme Officer at SNG you’ll ensure that our housing for older people schemes provide a safe, well‑maintained and compliant environment where our current and future customers are proud to live. You will work directly with our customers conducting viewings, settling‑in visits, inductions and collaborating with external professional agencies to support their wellbeing and ongoing independence. You will provide advice and guidance to address issues relating to their tenancy, home and the scheme.
Responsibilities
* Carry out regular inspections of schemes
* Oversee and monitor the work of on‑site contractors
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure essential works are completed
* Carry out risk assessments
* Combine outstanding customer service with facilities management and data management to help older customers maintain independence and resilience within a positive environment
