Liberty Group is one of the leading welfare accommodation providers in the UK with 15 national hire depots. With 40 years' experience in the modular & portable accommodation industry, the group has grown to become one of the UK's largest independent suppliers of standard and specialised products within the industry.
Our head office in Sandtoft acts as the central hub directing operations through our depot network to deliver the highest quality of products and services to its extensive customer base.
We are now looking to expand our Aftersales team. This role will be integral in providing support across key areas, including general Aftersales, marketing suites and damages.
Reporting to the Aftersales Supervisor, you will provide first-class support to our customers, ensuring their needs are handled quickly and professionally. From managing enquiries to resolving issues, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering effective aftersales support, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries.
* Coordinating aftersales requirements for marketing suites to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Handling damage-related enquiries and working with internal teams to resolve matters efficiently.
* Maintaining regular and clear communication with customers throughout the hire and aftercare process.
* Ensuring all procedures and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Skills & Experience
* Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt as required.
* Experience in a hire operation or similar role is advantageous.
