Your new role
As Production Supervisor for the Paint Department, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of a busy, multi‑disciplinary operation covering prep, shot blasting and spray-painting. You will organise workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure all activity is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Leading and supporting your team, you will monitor performance, maintain accurate system data and logs, oversee stock levels and ordering of materials, and uphold excellent Health & Safety standards at all times. You will collaborate closely with other departments to maintain smooth scheduling, contribute to continuous improvement, and help drive adherence to production targets.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous supervisory or management experience within a factory or production environment, ideally working with multi‑disciplinary teams. A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements is essential. Experience within a paint shop or engineering/manufacturing setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. You will be a confidentmunicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

You will receive apetitive hourly rate of pay per hour DOE, based on a 40‑hour working week, with overtime paid at time and a half.
