You enjoy speaking with people, asking great questions and understanding what they need. You’re confident, curious and eager to learn, and you like working as part of a supportive team where everyone pulls in the same direction.Day-to-day, you will: • Be willing to prospect alongside our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on target accounts. • Work towards individual and quarterly targets and forecast your pipeline clearly. • Develop and maintain your own sales pipeline. • Negotiate, close opportunities and create your own leads.Your skills and experiences might also include:• A natural ability to work as part of a supportive, like‐minded team. • Clear communication skills and confidence in sharing ideas. • Resilience, motivation and a positive approach to challenges. • An interest in software solutions, such as Software as a Service (SaaS), or experience within the hospitality sector.The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
