Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Pay: £15.54 per hour (Weekdays), £16.19 per hour on Saturdays, £16.85 per hour on Sundays.
Hours: Part‑time (2 shifts per week) 10:00-22:00 with sleep‑in.
About the Role
You will provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young woman in her 20s with complex needs arising from brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She lives in a purpose‑built home and enjoys cycling, swimming, badminton, walking/exploring, and trying new activities. Your role will support her emotionally, physically, and socially, enabling her to live her life fully.
Requirements
* Caring, patient and genuinely passionate about helping others.

* Reliable, committed and flexible.
* Calm, confident and able to manage challenging behaviours.
* Experience in complex care (desired but not essential).
* Can work independently and as part of a wider support network.
Key Responsibilities
