As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards and enhances user experience. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Accurately classify content according to established policies and provide moderation decisions. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes. Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Requirements Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; good knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
