Working within teams delivering programmes of study within various curriculum areas, ensuring that knowledge, skills and behaviours of learners enable them to be ready for employment or higher‑level studies. An enthusiasm for Health and Social Care and a drive to encourage students to progress within the area or a related discipline is essential.
