Your new role As the Senior Project Manager, you will Own it end-to-end:Take full control of projects, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and deliver results. Collaborate across the business: Manage multiple workstreams while partnering with teams in IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product. Keep everyone aligned:Run check-ins, manage dependencies, and remove blockers, so projects flow smoothly. Lead the change:Champion cultural alignment and system adoption using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci so everything (and everyone) moves forward together. Stay on top of risks and compliance: Spot issues early, keep projects compliant with GDPR and other regulations, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
