Role Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Development: Support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Performance Analysis: Analyse and interpret sales data to develop strategies for improving key performance metrics.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance and drive customer care standards by coaching the sales team.
* Target Achievement: Responsible for delivering volume and gross profit targets.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Technological Aptitude: A passion for learning about new technology in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer Rapport: Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* Automotive Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Controller or higher within the automotive sector is essential.
* Team Management: Experience managing and working with a team, and the ability to work with various systems simultaneously.
* Commercial Vehicle Expertise: Business or Sales Manager experience in a dedicated commercial vehicle environment is required.
