What you will do
As a Shift Leader, you will support the running of the store — leading the team, delivering great customer service and upholding the highest standards of coffee and food.
Responsibilities
* Lead the store team during your shift to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness and store presentation.
* Support scheduling, training and development of team members.
* Act as a point of contact for customers and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
* Ideally you will have experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
* If you do not have supervisory experience, we still encourage you to apply.
