About Our Client

Job Description
1. Provide customers with technical help or information when required.
2. Carry out duties in a proactive and professional manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Provide customers with a single point of contact for questions/queries.
5. Monitor and be familiar with competitor activity and new products.
6. Keep the Sales Director informed of all competitor activity, projects, and area pricing trends.
7. Liaise with internal sales staff.
8. Handle price enquiries in line with company policy and market trends.
9. Price tenders as directed by the Sales Director.
10. Monitor deliveries daily.
11. Deal with customer complaints and invoice queries.
12. Keep product knowledge up to date regarding admixtures, cements, and replacements.
13. Promote new plants/products as they become available.
14. Entertain customers according to company policy and appropriateness.
15. Inform credit control of relevant customer credit activity.
16. Liaise with Distribution, Production, and Transport regarding large pours and out-of-hours work.
17. Conduct ongoing area sweeps to identify previously unrecognized work opportunities.
