About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work in a range of well-managed secondary schools across Radlett.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to gain experience across multiple school settings. Day-to-day cover gives you the flexibility to work when it suits you, with no long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff
* Ensuring students stay on task and follow school behaviour policies
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
* Providing feedback to staff about class progress and conduct
* Adapting to different school environments and subject areas
* Being punctual, proactive, and dependable for daily assignments

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting
* Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
* Adaptability and resilience across varied schools and age groups
* A professional attitude and clear communication skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
