About Us Our Communication and Interaction Resource Bases belong in mainstream schools where you will work closely with specialist teacher and mainstream subject teachers, providing directedsupport, care and supervision to children including those on the Autism Spectrum and children with differences in their language, interaction, learning and communication. About the Role Location: The Warriner School, Bloxham, Banbury The aim of your support and guidance will be to enable children to access the curriculum and to facilitate full inclusion in school life, supporting them to learn as independently as possible and to develop to their full potential. You will join a supportive, skilled and welcoming team of support staff and teachers who are experienced and well respected in the school. About you Our ideal candidate has a quiet and encouraging manner, highly developed communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations. You need to be open to learning and to have a commitment to inclusion for children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
