- THE ROLE -
The post holder will support a healthy and safe working environment through the provision of expert advice and guidance to all levels of staff and students, on all aspects of fire safety, including generalist health and safety guidance through the development and delivery of the University's HSW Management System.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A Degree in a relevant subject or other equivalent level professional qualification.
- Have or be eligible for associate membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE), or other relevant external professional body such as the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM).
- Experience of undertaking fire risk assessments across a multisite organisation, working to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Significant experience in a role which involves aligning a focus on fire safety to support the business priorities of clients.
