HMH in Kintore have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to provide maternity cover. Leading a team of 3, you will be responsible to the Regional Director for the following: Lead and oversee Overhaul & Spares service delivery, achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets. Work with Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse to meet schedules and project deadlines. Oversee project planning, scheduling, slot planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and safety. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing needs proactively. Mentor and develop staff to ensure talent retention and growth of service capabilities. Enhance operational capabilities and explore new revenue streams through innovation. Monitor KPI performance (on-time delivery, overdue backlog, and margin), implementing improvement actions.
