HRIS Project : HR Lead

As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for an HR Lead to support our ambitious HRIS Programme on a fixed term contract basis.
The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors, working closely with the organisations implementation partner. This role has a key role to undertake within the Tarmac project team.
As the HR lead you will be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience of implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment and Onboarding. Youll have a passion for creatingpeople solutions and a strong desire and commitment for the delivery of customer satisfaction. This role will be key in identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organisational guidelines.

Main responsibilities
In this role youll:
:Implement Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding solutions with precision and timeliness
:Be responsible for managing the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding workstream
:Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner to ensure a seamless move to SuccessFactors
:Define, document, and optimise the HR processes, ensuring alignment with the organisations HR policies and compliance requirements
:Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to capture HR:related requirements to assist with ensuring they are accurately configured
:Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to verify that Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding is fit for purpose
:Be responsible for data migration and cutover activities
:Support integrations and interfaces
:Identify and address any issues in the implementation, maintaining a commitment to delivering a high:quality solution
:Develop and refine business processes in alignment with needs
:Identify and implement improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets
:Provide coaching and feedback to team members, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
:Ensure smooth handover of fully implemented HR modules to the Operations team

:Extensive functional experience of deploying end:to:end SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding solutions.
:In:depth expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding solutions delivery lifecycles, including hands:on experience of design, testing to go live.
:A knowledge of UK:specific HR laws and regulations.
:An understanding of integrating and interfaces into HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple HR systems and platforms
:To be able to demonstrate a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in SuccessFactors solutions
