Brookes HC Recruitment is currently working with a well established Supported Living Service who are excited to announce they are opening a new service and as such, they require an experience Registered Manager to join their team!
The role will involve Managing two sites in Stoke-On-Trent with each location having a maximum capacity of 4.
Age Range of Service Users:
Service users will be aged between 8 and 17 years old so we are looking for someone who understands the challenges that can present themselves in younger Service Users.
Needs and Requirements catered to:
Service Users may present with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour. Some service users have come from previous services who could not meet their needs as such the correct candidate with have what it takes to make this not just a service, but a home.
Specialist experience required:
Previous experience of managing a Children's Homes is preffered however we are open to those with transferable experience.
Ideally the right candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Ofsted framework and the standards required
