This lovely Nursery west of Crawley, are now seeking an experienced deputy manager for their growing nursery. You will ideally have been a deputy manager or Third in Charge - looking for a new challenge in leading the day to day running of the nursery alongside the Nursery Manager. Working a 40 hour week, salary is c£34k plus fantastic benefits with this growing provider.

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
At least 3 years experience of working within a day nursery
Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams.
Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
