RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POWER BI SPECIALIST Build unified Power BI data models integrating Whitespace, Salesforce, SharePoint and programme data to create a single, trusted source of truth. Deliver operational, customer service and programme ‑ level dashboards (performance, risks, milestones, contact trends, case management, finance). Develop KPI definitions, data governance standards, permissions models and documentation to improve data quality, consistency and auditability. Provide analytical insights to support policy review, service optimisation, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across SIP and wider SRP workstreams. Automate data extraction and reporting for Programme Boards, highlight reports and ongoing monitoring to reduce manual effort.
