High Volume expanding Brand (with strong relocation/commute potential)
Were working with a fast-growing, international quick service restaurant brand to recruit a General Manager f or one of their highest potential UK sites in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven QSR leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and is hungry to take full ownership of a flagship restaurant.
The site is currently turning over circa £50k per week with significant growth potential, and were looking for someone with the energy, commercial mindset and leadership skills to really push it forward.
The Role
As General Manager, youll be responsible for the full performance of the site, including:
Leading, developing and motivating a large team
Driving sales, profitability and guest experience
Managing KPIs, labour, GP and cost control
Creating a high-performance culture with strong standards
Owning recruitment, training and succession planning
Working closely with senior leadership on growth plans
This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and building a winning team.
About You
Were looking for someone who:
Has strong QSR or fast-casual experience
Has managed high-volume sites (£40k+ per week)
Is commercially driven and KPI-focused
Has a proactive, ambitious and energetic leadership style
Is hungry to grow, develop and make an impact
Backgrounds of interest include brands such as Five Guys, Nandos, Wingstop, Popeyes, Shake Shack, McDonalds, Burger King, Tortilla, Pho, Honest Burgers or similar and Slim Chickens.
Package
Salary up to £50,000
Annual bonus based on KPI performance (tiered structure)
