Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Lettings Manager will be highly motivated and career-driven, with experience in the current rental market.
Duties will include:
* Growing the volume of new lettings business and income for the branch.
* Supporting the Lettings Manager in leading the operations of the Lettings team.
* Appraising and instructing residential rental properties.
* Ensuring high quality customer care.
* Meeting and exceeding targets for lettings business.
* Arranging and conducting viewing appointments and securing property lets.
* Working in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
* Supporting and managing the overall success of the Lettings team.
Skills required:
* Experience as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager with a proven track record in securing new business.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed.
* Responsiveness to change.
* A full UK driving license.
