PRIME FUNCTION
We're looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Manchester site on a full-time, permanent basis. The Deputy Manager is responsible for ensuring that the unit is operated and maintained to delight our customers, grow our sales, develop our team and maximise profitability. The Deputy Manager is custodian of PizzaLuxe brand standards, with all policies and procedures being consistently adhered to.
We're looking for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to spot opportunities to drive sales, lead by example, has strong commercial skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude. The Deputy Manager will lead by example to build effective relationships between the company Operations Team and their colleagues within the business.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a unique role, providing the opportunity to not just run a restaurant, but a business. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the PizzaLuxe site, running all aspects of the business, encompassing:-
* Customer service.
* Kitchen service.
* Food and drink delivery.
* Business development, both organically and within the local vicinity.
* Compliance and reporting.
This role also requires the demonstration of leadership and commercial skills, including:-
* Driving the financial success of the business through commercial initiatives, prioritising sales and customer experience.
* Exceeding customer expectations by delivering outstanding service and quality, building brand loyalty.
* Completing due diligence controls meticulously, and on a timely basis.
* Building morale and performance of colleagues to continuously improve sales and operational efficiency.
* Training and educating colleagues about our unique food, cocktails, and wines, to provide customer service which exceeds expectations, as reflected in our excellent review averages.
* Supporting the management team to achieve and exceed profitability targets in weekly and monthly P&L reports.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Passionate, with a clear track record in career development and a strong desire to further develop a career in hospitality.
* A hands-on approach to all elements of the business, including kitchen, bar, service and finance.
* Previous management experience in the hospitality sector.
* Creative and confidently independent, but also a team-player.
* Proven experience in growing sales.
* A natural leader, able to create and sustain a highly motivated team.
* Resilient, resourceful and solutions orientated.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Passionate about great pizza.

PACKAGE: £32,000 comprising salary and service charge allocation, with an annual performance-related bonus in addition to this.
