Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects within a dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment. This role involves working directly with clients to oversee complex programmes, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
You will manage both local and distributed teams, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved to agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Lead and motivate project teams to deliver successful results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Oversee planning, forecasting, risk management, change control, and financial reporting activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Support the adoption of Agile or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate to each project.
Uphold organisational values, including integrity, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Skills and Experience Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Qualification in APMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including remote or multi-site coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex issues.
Proficiency with project management tools, planning software, and reporting techniques.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
