An incredible client of ours in the built environment is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Watford office. This role will provide key support to the Managing Director 3 Surveyors ensuring smooth running of both project and business operations.
As well as handling general administration, you will be actively involved in project support including preparing documentation, managing invoices, and attending project meetings to take minutes. You will be asked to go to occasional site visits for minute taking but otherwise can do this via recorded teams.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to a Team of 3-4
Assist with project administration and documentation
Take accurate minutes during meetings (office and site-based) and distribute in a timely manner
Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and support financial administration
Coordinate diaries, arrange meetings, and prepare relevant materials
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors professionally
General office duties including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence Experience
Previous experience in administration (project admin or PA experience desirable)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident in minute-taking and document preparation
Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
UK driving license and vehicle
