A well-established manufacturer is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its team.
This is a days-based role at a clean, well-organised site with a strong focus on engineering standards and continued investment. The position offers a balanced mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with the split roughly 60/40 depending on whether your strengths lie more in mechanical or electrical.
The role will involve:
* Maintenance and repair of a wide range of production equipment
* Planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve reliability
* Involvement in engineering projects and continuous improvement work
* Working closely with operations to support production targets
What we're looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach
