The role: This is a hybrid account management and new business onboarding role, focused on supporting an existing portfolio of dental practices while managing, inbound new plan launch opportunities, whilst working alongside the wider field-based Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and nurturing a portfolio of approximately 150 client practices * Supporting New Plan Launch (NPL) opportunities from inbound leads (no cold prospecting) * Protecting and growing existing client relationships, with responsibility of own ARR. * Conducting structured annual review meetings, with regular touchpoints throughout the year to maintain Practice specific plan objectives. * Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing pipeline activity. * Working closely with Client Services and Des...
