Job Summary:

About the Role:
* The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Activity Lead and management skills in planning events.
* Responsibilities include developing and implementing activity programs, managing volunteers and resources, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery.
* This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including weekend work, with flexibility to accommodate additional events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging activities for residents, including games, arts, crafts, and social events.
* Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with activity programs.
* Maintain accurate records of activity participation, volunteer hours, and resource utilization.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and resident needs.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an Activity Lead or equivalent role.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to residential care.
