This family-run, multi-discipline engineering business specialises in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC works. The small, collaborative team lets you grow, influence operations, and develop leadership skills while staying hands-on with engineering work. You'll manage projects end-to-end, run site surveys, prepare quotes and reports, allocate engineers, liaise with clients, oversee subcontractors, mentor staff, and ensure HSEQ compliance. Occasional long days or weekends may be required, with generous performance bonuses rewarding your expertise.
