Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: BR2 (Hayes area) | Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday | Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
* Supporting students with SEND in both classroom and small group settings
* Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting social and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff to create a supportive learning environment

* Previous experience working with children with SEND, particularly autism
* Personable, patient, and adaptable approach
* Reliable, hard-working, and committed to supporting all students
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
